Join Dr. Holly Etchegary as she talks about her experiences as a researcher doing patient-oriented research. She will provide an introduction to patient-oriented research including patient engagement strategies and patient partner recruitment. She will also provide examples of patient engagement from her own and other's work. Dr. Etchegary is an Assistant Professor, Clinical Epidemiology in the Faculty of Medicine at Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador. She is also the Scientific Patient Engagement Lead for the Newfoundland and Labrador Support for People and Patient-Oriented Research and Trials unit (NL SUPPORT).
